Submission Guidelines

Theme

Submissions on recent constitutional developments are welcomed the most but any work that deals with constitutional law is eligible for acceptance. 

Analytical submissions are preferred over descriptive ones. 

Guidelines for Contributions

1. Please mention your name, designation/year of study, and your institutional affiliation, if any, in the body of the mail.

2. The minimum number of words in the submission, including endnotes, shall be 1000. The maximum limit is 2000 words. 

3. Co-authorship is limited to a maximum of two authors.

4. Plagiarism will result in summary rejection of the submission (includes self-plagiarism).

5. The content should be written in Times New Roman Font with a size of 12. Line Spacing should be 1.5.

6. The article should contain endnotes or hyperlinks and NOT footnotes. All endnotes must be in Times New Roman font, with size 10 and line spacing 1. Cite only when necessary.

7. Submissions must be made in .doc/.docx formats only.

Copyright Policy

1. By submitting an article, the author/s undertake/s that the article is an original work and has not been submitted, accepted or published elsewhere.

2. The copyright of the posts published on our blog shall continue to vest with the author/s. In case their article is selected for publication, the author/s undertake/s to provide The PCLS Blog with an exclusive license to publish it.

3. Once their article is published, the author/s shall not allow it to be cross-posted on another portal before obtaining a written waiver from the Editorial Board. In all such cases, the cross-post shall carry a disclaimer at the beginning that would state that it was first published on The PCLS Blog and hyperlinks to the same.
